Weight Rounding Policy
All packages are weighed and rounded up to the nearest whole pound. For example, if your package weighs 1.2 lbs, you will be charged for 2 lbs. A 3.1 lb package will be charged at 4 lbs. We recommend consolidating smaller items to maximise value.
Customs & Duties
All shipments entering Jamaica are subject to customs duties and taxes as determined by Jamaica Customs Agency. These fees are separate from our shipping charges and are the responsibility of the consignee. Duty-Free Allowance is USD $100 per person (subject to change). General Consumption Tax (GCT) and customs processing fees apply to dutiable items based on declared value.
